Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills exams are the most common starting points for students who already have a finance-related degree.

To start studying for the Applied exams you must have either completed the AAT Diploma in Accounting (Level 4), ACCA’s Applied Knowledge exams, the ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (RQF Level 4) or have a relevant accounting or finance qualification at degree level.If you have a degree in Accountancy and Finance or equivalent, you may be exempt from a number of the ACCA exams. Delivery is two evenings a week, 6-9pm, with self study weeks and revision weeks built in to maximise your opportunuity to pass your exams.
Exams take place at central venues in early March, June, September and December each year
